Range Time / Around 35 Hours a week / weekday / weekend
Total Compensation Up-to : $ 62,000 per year
Base : $ 50,000 per year / $ 4,167 per month
Bonus: $ 12,000 per year / $ 1,000 per month
BONUS Thresholds: IN-Coming TC …. 50 % Bonus for AMB and 50 % Bonus for AS …….Budget will Increase as per needs of TC, Based on Cost per TC.
Akua Mind & Body – AMB Budget: $ 40,000 per mo
TC Goal per mo: 800 TC / $ 50 per TC
TC Expected per day: 26 per day
Akua STRONG – AS Budget: $ 20,000 per mo
TC Goal per mo: 571 TC / $ 35 per TC
TC Expected per day: 19 per day
In our estimation it is easier and cheaper to generate TC for AS since it is a much larger Pool of Patients / Clients
