Create and lead all company email marketing strategies. Run all email marketing campaigns end-to-end, manage email databases and SMS lists.


  • Manage and take full accountability for email and SMS key performance indicators using Klaviyo
  • Analyze email stats and ensures content is engaging to email list
  • Continuously write and split-test flows and look for constant improvement
  • Assist with and suggest sales copywriting based on email performance
  • Performing a high level of critical management on SMS and email list
  • Ability to manage sales event and product release email sequences
  • Actively manage and maintain all email and SMS related KPI’s and tasks


  • Meeting or exceeding campaign KPIs as outlined in goal setting meetings.
  • Projects regularly require no more than 2 rounds of revision for preference updates, mistakes, additions, etc.
  • Creating emails and SMS that produce a minimum open rate of 20%
